If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you may exercise your right of withdrawal without providing a reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, in accordance with the applicable Hungarian legislation and the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions (GTC).

Important Information

• Returns may only be made in accordance with the applicable Hungarian legislation and the provisions of the GTC.

• The right of withdrawal without justification may be exercised within 14 days from the date of receipt.

• The purchase price of the returned products will be refunded to the provided bank account number no later than 14 days after we have received and inspected the product.

• The direct cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.

• Please ensure that the product is securely packaged and in the best possible condition to avoid damage during shipping.
